  The owner of this place is a fraud. My car was towed by my apartment at this place on Friday morning. As, my apartment did not see any need to inform me, I came back from work to find my car missing. Anyways, after finding information from apt, I tried calling this place on Friday evening, but got no answer. I was able to reach this place on Saturday morning and they informed me that I have to pay for one night storage?? and also $50 extra as Saturday/Sunday are off hours for them??. Total charges came to $260. The guy on the phone was rude and I did not feel comfortable arguing about unnecessary charges and we needed our car back. I told him we will be there to pick up our car at 5:00pm Saturday. He said we have to come to the gate and then give him a call as his guy is not going to wait for a single minute, if we are late ?? Anyways, we reached there at 5:00pm and gave him a call. He said, some one will be there in 15 min. We waited.. 15 mins went by, 30 mins,.. no sign of any one near that business. The place is super shady. We called again, the guy on the phone said that he is there at the corner and be there in 5 mins. The same story played 5-7 times.. and we waited there more that 11/2 hours. Finally the owner showed up. We were angry at being told lies and made to wait. The owner never apologized.. and actually told us that "he got busy". He also tried to tell us that we are lying about the wait time. Some how 5:00pm to 7:00pm does not add up to 2hrs in his universe. The owner then proceeded to tell us that he is a contractor at our apartment?? He was the most rude and dishonest guy I have ever met. I am sure his business and my apartment have some understanding. I finally got my car back after loosing $260 which definitely is way more than I expected to pay. But, the rudeness of the owner did not want me to even argue with him about the charges. I complained to my apartment about using such a shady business, but they did not show any understanding.
