  The representatives at this bank are of no help at all. Every time we go in there we have some sort of issue no matter what the case. The entire staff should be trained and retrained for customer service.

  Very bad experience. My husband had closed his account. We got a letter of a balance due. I happened to be close to this bank and decided to make the $2.00 payment on Veteran's Day. The welcoming lady said I could make a deposit. I called my husband to get his acct number. Stayed in line a very long time. I explained the situation to the cashier clerk. She said the acct was missing numbers. I called my husband again and got it correctly. Went again in line a second time just to find out that the lady could not make the deposit because the acct was closed. Mmm, they did not know what they were telling me to do. I was there for almost an hour to hear "you need to call the bank and we can't deposit because it is closed." They did not hear me in the first place and did not know what they were doing. The lady was very rude and spoke to me like I was an idiot. She said, "you need to call the bank." I said, "this is the bank." I guess we need to call Bank of America for their $2.00. I am glad my husband had closed his account and moved to my bank, so we do not have to hear rude, untrained, and unprofessional people.
