  Hands down the best Realtor in the San Jose area. Mr. Orason is extremely knowledgeable and very responsive. He quickly assessed our home selling points during our initial meeting. He was with us every step of the way, from the beginning to end, especially during those nerve-wracking negotiations.  He was always available to answer the many questions we had during the entire process.  I highly recommend him to anyone wanting the BEST!

  I was very impressed with Don for always being available whenever I needed his help and guidance, and also the overall dedication to the job and the love to render nothing but exceptional customer care.   The proof is in the pudding. Indeed very true here! I have seen that in the last few weeks of working with him. His professionalism, knowledge and hard work was really outstanding.   Bought a new house for rental in San Jose, and buying a house can be so stressful, but thanks to Don and his reliable team everything was stress free and actually fun! I would like to shout out just how happy and grateful we are having Don and his team walk us through the entire process, he made everything so simple to understand. We could have chosen a number real estate agents but after speaking with Don we knew he was our Realtor. I would like to highlight their honesty and always being dependable and available to us.
